A creative duo in a converted 19th-century storefront
In 2018, we moved from Toronto to a 170 year-old limestone and brick building in rural Ontario. Now our home and workspace, at one time in history this building served as the village post office, a hardware store, pharmacy and various other businesses. Upstairs, our private residence used to be the local masonic lodge for over a hundred years.
Newburgh (west of Kingston, ON) was once a booming mill town before Canada was a country. Known in its early days as “Rogues’ Hollow” (named for the tavern-loving scallywags that worked and lived there) this village is now a picturesque place to live, work and play with our giant sheepdog.

Jill Angelstad
With a background in communications, Jill helps companies get their messages across using thoughtfully-crafted writing. She brings 15 years of marketing, PR and copywriting experience to transform wordy or complex language into content that is clear, concise, and helpful to its intended audience.
Jon Whitehead
A professional graphic designer for more than 20 years, Jon has helped a variety of businesses tell compelling visual stories, working with brands such as the Toronto Star, Virgin Mobile and Trent University. A specialist in branding and layout, his designs have helped clients win grants, launch startups and showcase their value.
Murphy the Maremma
A guardian by nature, we can always count on Murphy to alert us to visitors, deliveries, and neighbourhood cats. As our office receptionist, she’ll make you feel welcome with a loud bark followed by the firm expectation of a belly rub.
